The statement stated that regarding the communications submitted against a number of employees of the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, in which it was referred to a number of corruption incidents that marred the administrative and financial work carried out with their knowledge; In particular, they contracted to carry out the maintenance work of the House of Book and Publishing building, the meeting hall in the Ministry, and the traffic circle established in front of the Ministry building; Although the Ministry maintained the aforementioned buildings and facilities during the past year, relying on covering the last aspects of exchange on the documents approved when executing the previous contract.
The Public Prosecutor directed the urgent completion of the investigation procedures that would clarify the reality of reality and determine the responsibility resulting from it.
The statement added that “in accordance with the instructions issued in this regard, the investigating prosecutor completed the procedure of reviewing the financial and administrative documents and documents and checking their procedural integrity and compatibility with the legislation governing aspects of the disbursement of public money. 12/29”.
And the Public Prosecution ended up ordering her precautionary detention pending the case after it was revealed to her that the facts were true and that the elements of the crimes of obtaining benefits in violation of the laws and regulations that surround public money with protection, spending public money in a way other than its intended, and falsifying official documents for the purpose of complicating audit procedures.
