Great shot scored by Aston Martin. Lawrence Stroll’s team has in fact brought home a multi-year collaboration with a munificent sponsor such as Aramco, the oil company of Saudi Arabia. The latter will also appear in the team’s official name and will therefore be a title sponsor like Cognizant.
This was announced in these minutes by the same team, which specified how the agreement will guide the development of highly efficient internal combustion engines, high-performance sustainable fuels, advanced lubricants, the use of non-metallic materials in vehicles in addition to the rights of sponsorship of the team and exclusive branding rights for Aramco fuels and lubricants. In addition, the partnership will focus on the development and commercialization of fuel-efficient engine technologies for road vehicles and the development of more efficient hybrid engines in motorsport.
