Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Committee on Social Policy Sergei Buyakov told Izvestia that there were two situations at the heart of the conflict. It turned out that some of the people who came to the building of the legislative body wanted to go to the meeting hall to speak there, but for this it was necessary to send an appeal to the regional parliament five days in advance. In addition, according to the deputy, they did not accept appeals from those who came, since they were incorrectly drawn up. The appeals were accepted, which calmed the opponents of QR codes.
