More than 40 thousand people issued a certificate based on the results of a test for antibodies to COVID-19 in the first hours of the new service. This was announced on Monday, February 21 on the site Mintsifra.
“Over 40,000 users issued a medical certificate based on the results of a test for antibodies to COVID-19 within a few hours of the operation of the new service at Gosuslugakh,” the report says.
Earlier that day, the Ministry of Digital Development reported that since February 21, the ministry launched a new service on the public services portal, where you can issue COVID-certificates. They are issued on the basis of a positive antibody test result in two languages (Russian and English) and are valid for six months in all regions of Russia.
Before testing for antibodies, citizens should make sure that the laboratory submits the results to the portal. In order to obtain a certificate, you must have positive results with any level of antibodies.
The ministry emphasized that minors can also receive a certificate. Until the age of 14, it can be issued at the MFC, after this age – at the “Gosuslugi” if you have a verified account. The certificate will be valid for six months.
In addition, the portal launched a function for generating certificates based on medical contraindications for vaccination against COVID-19. Depending on the type of medical withdrawal, the document will be valid either for 30 days or indefinitely.
In December 2021, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that Russians vaccinated with foreign vaccines will be able to receive a COVID certificate after passing an antibody test. According to her, Russians who have been vaccinated with the Sputnik V vaccine abroad will also be able to obtain a document by passing an antibody test.
In the Russian Federation, a large-scale vaccination campaign continues. Citizens are vaccinated for free. Six vaccines against coronavirus have been registered in the country: Sputnik V, which became the first vaccine against COVID-19 in the Russian Federation and the world, as well as Sputnik Light, Sputnik M, EpiVacCorona, EpiVacCorona-N and KoviVac .
