The Municipal Police has arrested an individual who tried to escape with nine bags of three different types of drugs, in the neighborhood of Tetuán. The event occurred on Tuesday night, when a patrol was lending surveillance work on Manuel Nieto Street.
It was 9.30 pm when the agents observed how a VTC made a somewhat abrupt maneuver and stopped in double row in Ofelia Nieto. Then, they saw the passenger out hurriedly. The officials, from the Integral Police Station of the District of Tetuán, suspected and met with the driver. He confirmed what they thought: that the initial fate of the male was another direction, but that, unexpectedly, he had asked him to stop at that point.
The police discharged the individual, who ignored the order, so they proceeded to intercept him. They asked where he was heading, and explained that his mother lived there. But, by identifying it, they verified that it was not. He continued to babble, with unconnected excuses. He wore two bags in his hand, but said they were not his. Inside, there were nine other bags: one with cocaine in rock (which is usually purest), with a weighing of 32 grams; In three more, marijuana, and another five with hashish. These last two substances gave a weight of more than one kilo in a pharmacy.
The subject was arrested for a crime against public health. He is Spanish and is 35 years old. The case now instructs the National Police District Police Station.
On the other hand, the municipal also arrested on Thursday a man with more than 9 kilograms of hashish in his vehicle and who tried to escape the agents. The intervention took place at 6.30 pm in the district of Hortaleza. A patrol observed how a Seat León made a strong accelerated in a amber phase traffic light. Then, they followed and verified that he was driving in Zigzag and erratically, so he was stopped at the vehicle at the confluence of the streets of Ángel Gordillo and Arturo Soria.
He fled to the race, but they hunted him and discovered nine packages with the drug. “You have ruined my life,” he reproached the agents.
