The Santander City Council has granted a building permit for the construction of a new development of 94 homes, in Sector 4, Peñacastillo, on a plot located at number 1 Gertrudis Gómez de Avellaneda street, with a private investment of 4.7 million euros.
This was announced by the Councilor for Development and Housing, Agustín Navarro, who highlighted in a press release the boost to the construction of new housing that is taking place in the city, as well as the contribution of this type of investment to the generation of economic activity and employment.
As detailed, it will have a private investment of 4.7 million euros and will be added to the twenty licenses granted so far this year for the development of different developments, which will involve the construction of half a thousand homes.
The new development in Sector 4 will be a residential complex of 94 homes, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, penthouses with large terraces and common areas designed for leisure. The homes will have garages and storage rooms and top quality finishes.
In addition, Navarro has highlighted the developer’s commitment to energy efficiency, with measures such as the implementation of aerothermal systems, facades with external thermal insulation, centralized aerothermal energy, mechanical ventilation or acoustic insulation.
“The construction of these developments completes the free housing offer and complements the municipal commitment to the promotion of protected housing in the municipality, which will continue with the construction of 282 new ones for Santander families in Sector 1 of Alisal,” the councilor has stressed. This license is in addition to those that have been granted in recent months for the construction of new residential developments.
