Juan Manuel Villalegend of Royal Zaragoza and member of the historic ‘Los Magníficos’ team, has died at the age of 86, as reported by the Aragonese club this Sunday. He won two Spanish Cups and a Fairs Cup with the Zaragoza club.

Real Madrid, in which Villa also played in the 1958-59 season, has shown its condolences for the loss of the former player. “Real Madrid CF, its president and its Board of Directors deeply regret the death of Juan Manuel Villa”, who also played for Real Sociedad before joining Real Zaragoza, with whom he played 233 games and scored 77 goals.
The forward, born in Seville in 1938, shone for nine seasons at Real Zaragoza of ‘the magnificent ones’, being international for Spain on three occasions after making his debut in 1964.
Canario, Santos, Marcelino, Villa and Lapetra formed a forward line that, together with other defensive players such as Paco Santamaría or Severino Reija, chained four finals of the Generalissimo Cup (today Copa del Rey) winning two of them and also winning a Copa del Rey. Fairs and a runner-up.
