President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed a new head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KGVA). About it informs press service of the office of the Ukrainian leader.
It is noted that instead of Nikolai Zhirnov, Colonel General Sergei Popko was appointed to the post. “The head of state expressed his conviction that Sergei Popko’s combat experience will help strengthen the defense and security of the capital,” the president’s office added.
