Performing a search on Google or Bing usually yields a large number of responses, yet it is estimated that, like an iceberg, this ‘visible’ content is only 10% of what is on the internet: it is the one known as ‘surface web’ or ‘clearnet’. The rest, that vast majority, is content that search engines cannot index.
