“We will see frame by frame”, this is how Carlo Taormina is preparing to give legal battle on the matter concerning the assault of the No Green Pass demonstrators at the CGIL
The well-known lawyer, former Forza Italia parliamentarian, defends some of the protagonists of the events of last weekend: the leaders of Forza Nuova Giuliano Castellino And Roberto Fiore, “Er Pantera” Luigi Aronica, the leader of the IoApro movement Biagio Passaro and also Pamela Testa, head wound during the demonstration.
While claiming to be vaccinated, Carlo Taormina he was also in the square last Saturday, even though he left before the riots broke out: “In Piazza del Popolo the demonstration was generalist: there were people from the right, from the center, from the left. It was the world of work that protested for freedom ”.
Anticipating the defensive line, Taormina explains that its clients “have been overtaken by others no Green Pass of the procession who entered to do damage to the CGIL. Luckily there are so many videos and photos so you can understand that they are unrelated to violence ”.
“I am a lawyer, I have defended mafia, corrupt white-collar workers. Mine is a profession. Then at the trial we will see who is really guilty “, explains Taormina, who however does not hide his political closeness to the demonstrators:”I’m vaccinated, but the war on the Green Pass seems sacrosanct to me. Together with Fiore and Castellino I am part of an organization, ‘Italy free’, which is a kind of national liberation government for state reforms. And it certainly isn’t a left-wing organization ”.
Taormina also complains of not being able to speak with its clients: “It is a shame that it has not even received the notifications of the arrests yet. I only know that the four men are all in Poggioreale prison in Naples and Pamela Testa should be in Rebibbia, but I’m not sure ”.
