Those arrested have committed different minor crimes of theft on more occasions but without violence

So far the couple had committed different minor crimes of theft, but last November 25 was different.
The detainees refueled the vehicle, but at the time they were going to leave without paying, as on other occasions, the station worker tried to stop them and ask them to pay for the refueling. After the assault took place and the victim filed a complaint at the National Police offices, an investigation began into what happened, specifying in a few days the identity of the alleged perpetrators of the robbery and managing to make both arrests on November 29 and November 2. December. The alleged assailants were placed at the disposal of the Investigating Court on guard duty for their alleged participation in a crime of robbery with violence and intimidation.
