According to the published preview, which anticipates a release date scheduled for March 23 of this year, we can see shades of mystery with alternate realities that remind us of the Upside down of the show starring Millie Bobby Brown, who is about to return with its season 4.
Likewise, we have also been told that the plot will be related to the concept of time lines, similar to what so characterized the aforementioned German thriller.

What is “Parallels” about?
The six-part series follows four teenage friends on the Franco-Swiss border whose lives are turned upside down by an experiment at the LHC, the world’s largest particle collider.
For a fraction of a second, the universe breaks its rules: time, space and the multiverses are mixed. The boys will do everything in their power to try to find out what has happened and turn back the clocks.
The mysterious event sends the group of 14-year-olds into parallel dimensions, and they end up in a race to get back home before their futures are forever altered.
“Parallels,” created by Quoc Dang Tran (of “Marianne” fame), stars Thomas Chomel, Omar Mebrouk, Jules Houplain, Jade Pedri, Naidra Ayadi, Guillaume Labbé, Gil Alma, Elise Diamant, Dimitri Storoge, Agnès Miguras, Maxime Bergeron, Victoria Eber and Timoté Rigault.
The show is directed by Benjamin Rocher and Jean-Batiste Saurel, who do their work on a script written by Anastasia Heinzl and by Tran himself.
