next october will arrive Resident Evil Village: The Winter’s Expansion. This DLC pack not only includes an expansion for the story, it adds more people to the Mercenaries mode. After some time without information, A trailer was recently shared that gives us a better look at this section and its news.
Thanks to the DLC, now we can not only take control of Ethan Winters, but three more characters join the Mercenaries mode, and each one has special abilities. These are:
–Lady Dimitrescu: In combat, Dimitrescu builds up an emotion meter by slashing opponents to pieces with his razor-sharp claws. This allows him to perform special actions such as shooting down enemies or summoning his daughters.
–Lord Karl Heisenberg: Equipped with a massive hammer and the ability to manipulate magnetic currents, Heisenberg can put the full charge into his attacks. Heisenberg’s terrifying factory creations, the Soldat Jets, also join him in the fight, but be careful not to get caught in the crossfire of his self-destructive attacks. Heisenberg can also change movement speed to see what enemies are made of by drawing them in with his magnetic field, or put on a show everyone can enjoy by throwing scrap metal, like saw blades, at them.
–Chris Redfield: The legendary BSAA agent has a great direct hit that can not only get you out of situations where you are between a rock and a hard place, but also increases your Onslaught meter quickly. When Onslaught is active, Chris moves and reloads at lightning speed. Chris can also call in support from the Hound Wolf Squad by using his target locator to pinpoint enemy positions and call in backup attacks.
Lastly, the trailer has also revealed two new scenarios for the Mercenaries mode. These are the Bloody Village and the Bloody River. Alongside this, general improvements to the experience are promised. Without a doubt, something that all fans should not miss.
Remember, Resident Evil Village The Winter’s Expansionas well as Resident Evil Village: Goldpackage that includes this DLC and the base game, will be available on October 28, 2022. On related topics, one in 10 players don’t make it past the first cutscene of Resident Evil 7. Similarly, the classic Resident Evil 2 would come to PS Plus.
