A very bad accident occurred a few hours ago at high altitude, ending the life of a very young student, Matteo Fornaciari. The boy was with his friends when this terrible episode occurred which left him with no escape.

The 26-year-old was one ski mountaineer very talented and had organized a trip with 9 other friends in order to reach the summit of Cevedale, a place much loved by tourists. It is a very important mountain that rises on the border between Trentino Alto Adige and Lombardy.

The group of friends then split, as some decided to walk there Rosoel Valley while the others, including Matteo, decided to follow the classic route for those who enter these streets. Around 3pm Alpine rescue received a call as the tragedy occurred.

According to the latest reconstructions, Matteo Fornaciari was hit by one Avalanche just as he and his friends were preparing to follow the normal route provided by the attraction. Matteo Fornaciari, resident in Assago, he loved the mountains very much and everything related to sports to be practiced at high altitude. Precisely for this reason he used to carry out this type of excursions and his social profiles collected many shots in the snow. We therefore sympathize with the family's pain.
