In the Millerovsky district of the Rostov region, three mines fired by the military from the territory of Ukraine fell. This is reported RIA News with reference to the press service of the FSB of Russia.
The security service added that the shooting was carried out at the settlement of Nizhnekamyshinka. According to the FSB, no damage was recorded in the area, and there were no casualties.
Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU) fired from a multiple launch rocket system (MLRS) of the city of Starobilsk and Lysichansk in the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR). Information about casualties among civilians and damage to infrastructure is being specified.

Earlier, on February 21, the head of state signed decrees recognizing the DPR and LPR and agreements on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance with the republics.
