Also in Prague, tens of thousands of people showed their support for Ukraine this Sunday in the center of Prague, in a new act of solidarity that recalled that of Thursday, after the first day of the invasion, and which was now joined by artists, businessmen, students , politicians and personalities from local churches.
In London, on February 25, more than a thousand people asked in Downing Street, the seat of the British Government, that NATO take military action against the Russian invasion of Ukraine and decree a no-fly zone to prevent bombing .
The demonstrators, more numerous than in similar protests held this week in the British capital, carried Ukrainian flags and banners that were mostly directed against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Among the most repeated slogans, the protesters chanted “Stop the war”, “United Kingdom, arm Ukraine”, “We need help now” or “Russia go home”, while singing the Ukrainian national anthem.
Hundreds of people, especially Ukrainians and Russians, also gathered in several cities in Portugal to protest against the war in Ukraine, ask for international support and condemn the decisions of the Russian president.
