Thirty companies have submitted proposals to the ideas competition organized by the municipal company Aguas de Murcia (Emuasa) for its new headquarters, which will be built on Miguel de Cervantes Avenue. The building is planned to have almost 4,000 square meters of offices and 3,300 square meters of parking area. The estimated budget for the work is almost seven million euros and its execution period is 24 months.
The winning project, according to the call in which the College of Architects has collaborated, will be the one used “to build an efficient, safe and healthy building where to implement an intelligent work model, supported by technology, digitization, improvement of the processes, the optimization and the redesign of the spaces”, according to municipal sources.
