Morelia, Michoacan. – As a measure to inhibit insecurity in Michoacán, it is sought that the people who ride a motorcycle and have helmet and veststhey must carry the number of plates on the helmet and on your vest as an identification measure.
According to the governor of the entity, Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla, his administration worked to present a law initiative to the Local Congress with which it seeks to have control of motorcycles and the people who drive them.
It was through the Secretary of the Secretary of the Interior with its owner, Adán Augusto López Hernández, who explained that this measure seeks to combat violence and insecurity, since some people take advantage of this means of transport to commit acts outside the law.
Augusto López led the meetings at the second meeting of the Michoacán Support Plan, where he took the opportunity to ask the deputies to support the Michoacán president’s proposal and become the second state to implement these actions.
The person in charge of the country’s internal policy explained that what Ramírez Bedolla is going to propose to the Congress of the State of Michoacán, is due to the fact that there are many motorcyclists who circulate without any restriction, “it is a control so that it is known who the drivers are, Where are you, where do they live and what do they do“, he pointed out.

Thus, every motorcycle driver will have the obligation to wear a helmet with an identification number and a vest with reflective material that has the same number and coincides with the license plate. “Let there be no motorcycle without a license plate and drivers without helmets and identification,” he explained.
