TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube were the networks accused

The complaint was formalized by the California Supreme Courtwas presented by Mayor Eric Adams and was raised by the Mayor's Office, the Department of Education and the Department of Health.
The evidence that New York has, according to the Mayor, spends 100 million dollars a year on mental health treatment programs for young people.
