In its account of events, which will be the subject of trial this Wednesday, November 13, the Valladolid Prosecutor’s Office refers to a first visit by the defendant to the Taberna Castiza bar, located on Nueva del Carmen street, made around 2:00 p.m. on November 4. But the accused returned a third time, an hour and a quarter later, and again addressed the same worker in an offensive tone, who was at that moment sweeping the terrace and to whom he insulted the following: “I’m going to go to Immigration to see if you are illegal and I am going to make sure that they throw you out to your fucking country, I hope Vox wins and they put you in boats to throw you out to your fucking country!”, similar phrases that, supposedly, he had already addressed previously on dates indeterminate to the same waitress and another of her colleagues, also a foreigner.
The situation described and the expressions attributed to the defendant have caused the injured party to feel feelings of humiliation and impairment of her dignity, as well as anxiety and fear over a possible repetition of the events.
