The judge of the National Court José Luis Calama has agreed to investigate a complaint against the MEP Luis Pérez, Alvisefor a possible crime of illegal party financing for having allegedly received 100,000 euros for his electoral campaign.
The magistrate admits that the leader of Se Acabó la Fiesta is declared before the Supreme Court for being a European parliamentarianbut he also clarifies in his order that the admission of a complaint for processing does not constitute an act of judicial accusation, and at the same time offers to testify voluntarily on November 20.
