The universe of “The Lord of the Rings” will come to Amazon Prime Video with the series “the rings of power”. Expectations are high and fans couldn’t be more excited for its premiere on September 2.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the actress assured that opposing diversity is against the spirit of the original work. She remarked that this is something that only true fans would understand, with which she put the haters in check.
“JRR Tolkien explores many themes, but one of them is the idea of people of different ethnicities, backgrounds and lifestyles coming together for a common cause,” were his forceful words.

For the creators of the series, Patrick McKay and John D. Payne, this type of reaction was something they had planned for. In conversation with Vanity Fair, executive producer Lindsey Weber spoke about it.
“It seemed natural to us that an adaptation of Tolkien’s work should reflect what the world is really like. Tolkien is for everyone. His stories are about fictional races that do their best work when they leave the isolation of their own cultures and come together,” he said.
