He clarified that he was in the residence of the governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, where he would spend the days of self-isolation necessary on the recommendation of doctors. Degtyarev was vaccinated against coronavirus in September 2020 and revaccinated in June 2021.
On October 13, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that almost a third of the country’s population was fully vaccinated. On Monday, October 25, non-working days started in six regions of Russia. The local authorities have adopted the relevant decrees. The weekend will last until November 7 inclusive.
