Customers of Tesla Cybertruck have been waiting for their own example of the electric pick-up for over three years. The car manufacturer led by Elon Musk has postponed the start of deliveries of the model several times, presented for the first time in 2019, and so enthusiasts around the world have had the time and opportunity to try to create various replicas of the vehicle. From Bosnia and Herzegovina to Russia via the United States: everyone has tried. And now, a daredevil has also sprung up in India and tried to replicate the long-awaited Cybertruck.
This fake Cybertruck has been spotted in Lonavala, in the western part of the Asian country, and although the details about it are limited, it can be seen that the owner has done a pretty good job, managing to retrace for the most part the entire US electric pickup design. It is not known which model is the basis of this Cybertruck replica, but it will certainly have been a vehicle of similar proportions to the new Tesla battery-powered pick-up considering the final result in terms of dimensions. The metallic bodywork, big off-road tires and black wheel arches are essentially identical to those of the original Cybertruck, but you can’t help but see the lack of some vital elements for road circulation of the vehicle, from the windshield to both front and rear lights.
How long will we have to wait for the real Cybertruck? In recent weeks the Cybertruck Giga Press, one of the electric pickup’s production staples, it appeared in a few pictures boxed up and headed to the assembly line in Texas, while a few prototypes of the model with an updated taillight design hit the road. Translated, the start of mass production is approaching: Tesla has set this deadline for end of next year.
