Emil Ruusuvuore’s career was short.
Finland Harri Heliövaara and Britain Lloyd Glasspool advance to the second round of the Winston-Salem tennis ATP tournament. The duo defeated Tunisia in the opening round of the men’s doubles By Skander Mansour and the United States by Matthew Thomson.
The victory came in sets 4–6, 6–3, 10–5. Heliövaara and Glasspool will face Portugal next Francisco Cabral and Croatia Frank Skugor.
Heliövaara and Glasspool have finished fourth in the tournament played in the USA. The Tunisian-American duo had entered the tournament as a wild card in the main series.

The 23-year-old Ruusuvuori was ranked ninth in the tournament. He went straight to the second round.
The 34-year-old Mannarino is ranked 65th in the world list. Ruusuvuori, on the other hand, is ranked 44th.
