According to the lawsuit, on behalf of Tebet and the Brasil para Todos coalition –formed by the MDB, Podemos and the PSDB/Citizenship Federation–, the propaganda is “irregular”, since, by law, candidate supporters can only appear for 25% of the time of each program or insertion.
