Disney will premiere the live action of ‘Snow White’ shortly, with Rachel Zegler like the protagonist. The film has had a great rebound since the project was announced, due to the changes that the story will include, which have sparked all kinds of comments on networks. David Hale Hand, son of the director of ‘Snow White’, the original film, also spoke on this issue. Undoubtedly, his statements are not what many people expected, although others may not be surprised.

What did the son of the director of ‘Snow White’ say about the Disney remake?
If you thought that the son of the director of ‘Snow White’, the original film, was going to be one of the first people to see the Disney remake, you may be wrong. Although it could be an illusion to see how his father’s play becomes a magical show with real actors, the reality is that Hale Hand has expressed a bitter criticism of this project.
“His thoughts are only radical now. They change the stories and the thought process of the characters. They’re coming up with new ‘woke’ stuff and I don’t like any of it. Frankly, I find it a bit insulting what they’ve done to some of these classic movies. There is no respect for what Disney did and what my father did. I think he and Walt would be turning in their graves,” Hale Hand told The Telegraph.

Rachel Zegler promises a different version of ‘Snow White’
Rachel Zegler has been no stranger to controversy over her comments surrounding ‘Snow White’. Although the debate in networks has revolved around Disney’s choice of the protagonist of the live action, the actress has been very clear about her participation in the film, which has increased public comment.
Zegler told Extra TV that the original Snow White focuses on the princess’s romance “with a guy who’s literally stalking her.” He called this part of the plot “weird” and indicated that they did not emulate such behavior “this time.”
“We have a different approach. I’m sure a lot of people will assume it’s a love story just because a boy was included in the movie,” she said. “It’s not really the (classic) love story at all, which is really, really wonderful,” she expressed.
