According to a DailyMail survey, most of the reported problems are related to login, server connection and difficulties using the map and location feature. It is still unclear what is actually causing the issues and the app has not commented on the issue.
During this afternoon, Down Detector UK recorded a peak of around 3,000 complaints. Users already use other social networks, mainly Twitter, to complain that the Snap Map feature, which shows in real time where friends are, is not working for them.
