Singer Olga Seryabkina in an interview “Moskvich Mag” spoke about the changes that have taken place in the capital in recent years.
According to her, Moscow has become very beautiful and well-groomed. The woman also mentioned the discussions of the townspeople, caused by an ambiguous attitude towards the sculpture Big Clay No. 4, installed near HPP-2, by the artist Urs Fischer.
“I don’t see anything wrong with this sculpture, I don’t understand why it should stand in some other place, this is modern art, you can like it or not, but the fact that the sculpture is not made in the classical style does not make it any less interesting,” Seryabkina stood up for the work of art.
The artist noted that the only thing she would like to change in the city is Khrushchev. She clarified that instead of the old housing stock, comfortable and beautiful houses should be built.
Earlier Muscovites offered to rearrange the sculpture. “I would have moved Clay to the place of the monument to Peter I. I really like it more, but the place of its installation is not very good, ”the Muscovite shared her thought.
