Yesterday, February 22, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia celebrated the anniversary of the founding of the first Saudi state in the middle of 1139 AH corresponding to February 1727, at the hands of Imam Muhammad bin Saud, in pride in the firm roots of the state and the close association of its citizens with its leaders for nearly three centuries. Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noted the celebrations of the state’s history and the people’s cohesion and steadfastness in the face of challenges, and said in a tweet via Twitter: “We cherish the anniversary of the founding of this blessed state in the year 1139 AH (1727), and since that date To this day, I have laid the foundations for peace, stability and the achievement of justice.” He added: “Our celebration of this anniversary is a celebration of the history of a state, cohesion of a people, steadfastness in the face of all challenges, looking forward to the future, and thank God for all the blessings.”

And the Kingdom issued a distinctive visual identity for the founding day under the slogan “Fat Day” showing in the middle an icon of a man carrying a banner, in reference to the heroism and sacrifices of the men of Saudi society and their wrapping around the banner that they protected over time to defend the nation with all wisdom, determination and determination. Identity carries various historical and essential meanings that are linked to the glories, heroisms, and nobility of the Saudi state. The identity icon is surrounded by four symbols: the dates, the council, the Arabian horse, and the market. The phrase (Foundation Day – 1727) was written in a script inspired by several manuscripts that documented the history of the first Saudi state to be a comprehensive message linked to the values that represent the Saudi culture.
