Shoigu set the task of providing attack aircraft with weapons to destroy FPV drones
Russian assault units will be provided with special small arms to combat FPV drones. This was reported in Telegram– channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The head of the Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu visited the training ground of the Moscow Military District, where he was presented with small arms and promising unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). He heard a report that indicated that by June 1, tactical training fields would be created at all training grounds of the Russian Armed Forces to practice skills in countering enemy UAVs using samples of the presented weapons.

Earlier, Sergei Shoigu instructed to organize additional supplies of tank protection systems to the special military operation (SVO) zone. According to the Ministry of Defense, at present, Russian T-80BVM tanks sent to the Northern Military District zone have begun to receive the “Cape” camouflage complex and a protective visor already on the assembly line.
