Culiacán.- While the governor of Sinaloa Rubén Rocha Moya reported that During the month of February, only 9 people were registered as missing.the Secretary of the Interior registered a total of 35 missing and not located persons, of which 7 people were located and 18 remained missing and 10 as not located.
According to the state president, the theory that homicides are moving towards disappearances is not taking place in Sinaloa. He explained that they have told him that there are fewer homicidesbut more disappearances, but it’s not like that.
“It has been said that there are fewer homicides, but it turns out that there are more disappearances, it is not the case. We have a record of less, even, in relation to other years we have a notable difference, I insist, I do not like raising the bells to the wind because as long as there are disappearances and there are homicides we have to worry, but it is a bit to review the theories that are built around these themes.”
