The photovoltaic parks projected in the surroundings of El Algar and Llano del Beal have received strong opposition. The residents of these two towns have come together and have created the Platform in defense of the cultural and landscape heritage of the Mar Menor, to, together, stop these business initiatives and preserve the natural value of the area.
