Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a telephone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and French leader Emmanuel Macron, urged them to influence Kyiv. This was announced on the official site Kremlin.
The head of state called on Macron and Scholz to influence the Ukrainian authorities so that the criminal activities of the Kiev security forces, who violate the norms of international humanitarian law, were stopped.
