A man, about 30 to 40 years old, approached a woman who was on the move with two dogs inside a cultural center about half past five in the afternoon. Police said the man was outraged by the dogs he had brought inside.
The situation was interrupted by a janitor who tried to remove the man from the scene. At the front door, the man also reached into the janitor and hit him in the head with the phone.
Police suspect the case of mild beating and opposition from a law enforcement officer.
According to police, the man was about 175 to 180 centimeters tall and was wearing a gray jacket.
