Time for new raids for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. From today until June 2nd, then from June 7th to 9th it will be possible to fight and capture the special Swampert With the’Emblem of Absolute Strength in the Teracristal Raid originating from black crystals. More details can be found below.

Swampert is about to appear in the Teracristal Raid originating from black crystals! Normally it is not possible to encounter Swampert in Paldea, and the one that will appear during this event is of the Poison teratype. Get ready to face this formidable opponent, who not for nothing brings theEmblem of Absolute Strength! Work together with your friends to KO this powerful Teracristal Pokémon!
You can try to catch Swampert from now until 11:59 PM (UTC) on Sunday, June 2, 2024, and then again from 12:00 AM (UTC) on Friday, June 7 to 11:59 PM (UTC) on Sunday, June 9, 2024.
This special Swampert can only be caught once per saved game. If you have already captured it in a past Teracristal Raid event, you cannot capture it again. However, you can participate in other Teracristal Raids against the Pokémon to earn additional rewards even after you catch it. This Swampert may appear in future events or new ways to obtain it may be introduced.
Information on Teracristal Raid events
- To participate in the Teracristal Raid events, download the latest News from the Poképortale by opening the menu with the X button and selecting Poképortale, then Secret Gift and finally Receive News from the Poképortale. To receive the latest News from the Poképortale, a paid membership to Nintendo Switch Online is not necessary.
- After completing certain events at the end of the main adventure, you will be able to find black crystals. However, players who have not completed these events will still be able to participate in Teracrystal Raids originating from black crystals by joining other Trainers in multiplayer mode.
- You will be able to find 5★ Teracristal Raids after completing the main story of Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet. If you haven’t completed the main story, you can still participate in these Teracristal Raids by joining other Trainers in multiplayer mode.
- To be able to participate in Teracristal Raids together with other Trainers via the Internet, a (paid) membership to Nintendo Switch Online is required. Terms and conditions of service apply. For more information, visit nintendo.it/nintendoswitchonline.
- Teracristal Raid events will be held exclusively in the Paldea region.
