Peacemaker came to HBO Max to disrupt the DCEU with his dose of action, sense of humor, and new characters. Several are allies, but many more are enemies willing to eliminate the protagonist played by John Cena.
As the synopsis dictates, the story takes place after the events of the movie The Suicide Squad, which introduced us to the Peacemaker. Now, he’s on another mission with a new group to save America, unaware of the threats he’ll face.

With the release of its first three episodes, fans were able to notice the addition of new personalities, mysteries, and references. One of the last ones that is giving something to talk about refers to Bat Mite, a powerful being from the fifth dimension who idolizes Batman.
The character, created by Bill Finger and Sheldon Moldoff, first appeared in Detective Comics #267 in 1959. Since then, the charismatic goblin has been up to his old tricks by visiting his idol and even creating strange situations to see him in action.
