Fans of My Hero Academia I'm excited for the start of Season 7 of the anime on May 4th. To pass the time, we offer you a Mt. Lady cosplaythe giant heroine, signed by Maddy Kate.
Yu Takeyama, Mt. Lady's real name, is one of the many professional heroes who fight evil in the fictional world of Kōhei Horikoshi. Apparently she is a superficial woman attracted only by fame and money, but on more than one occasion she will demonstrate her strong sense of responsibility and altruism. Her Quirk is “Gigantification”, which as her name suggests allows her to assume gigantic dimensions, up to over twenty meters in height, which she uses to crush her opponents.
A homemade but successful cosplay
By Maddy Kate's own admission, her Mt. Lady cosplay is “homemade”, that is, made at home and not for any particular event, for the sole pleasure of dressing up as the heroine and, while we're at it, doing even some funny shots with grimaces. The result is still successful, with the iconic purple and white costume, mask, horns and hairstyle created quite faithfully to the original counterpart.
