“Very happy with another Brazilian title. While I’m active, I want to have this flag on my chest”, declared Avancini, who, last Sunday (31), had already won the Short Track (XCC) race.
Avancini won the competition with a time of 1h19min35s. A total of 29 athletes participated in the dispute, in which Luiz Henrique Cocuzzi was in second position and José Gabriel was in third.
With this title, the 2021 season officially came to an end for Avancini, who only returns to compete now in 2022, the year in which Brazil makes its debut in an MTB World Cup competition. The competition will take place in Petrópolis.
