There will also be Monterey Car Week McLaren. The Woking-based car manufacturer, 50 years after its first victory in the Formula 1 world championship, will celebrate its racing history and announce the new races of the McLaren Trophy America on August 16 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. For this reason, the McLaren M23 F1 car driven by Fittipaldi during the 1974 season will be on display. But not only that.
McLaren Senna Always
McLaren will also be present with its Automotive division. For the occasion, it will show the McLaren Senna with the livery for the first time to the North American public. Senna Always: the British company itself has defined it as “unique and extraordinary”, being characterised by works of art hand-painted by the technical experts of McLaren Special Operations, known as MSO. This car is in all respects a bold tribute to Ayrton Senna on the track and its colorful personality: in Monterey, it will be presented together with two Formula 1 cars driven by Senna.
