In a hotel in Paraguay a couple of lovers were having sex when suddenly the man was lying on the floor without any reaction. The lover began to desperately scream for help, so the hotel staff went to the room and found the subject passed out.

Police officers and the fire department of the area arrived at the scene to attend to the case. Subsequently, they immediately transferred the 54-year-old man, who was without vital signs. For his part, the young woman who was with him in the room preferred to flee the place.
