The Colombian achieved the third gold metal for the country.

Kevin Quintero won the silver medal this Saturday in the keirin competition at the Track Nations Cup, which takes place in Glasgow, Scotland.

The Colombian was surpassed by Harrie Lavreysen, who is the current world champion, and the Australian Matthew Richardson stayed with the bronze.

Second silver for Quintero

It is Quintero’s second medal in the Cup, after the silver he got in Cali in 2021 in the same competition.

The Colombian delegation reached four medals won in three days of competitions and in the absence of the last one, this Sunday, of them have been two golds, a silver and a bronze.

The account began with the gold of Cristian Ortega in the kilometer competition. That same Friday Martha Bayona was bronze in speed.
