In his obsession with corroborating his firm belief, he has not hesitated to pave the headquarters of a constitutional institution in a demonstration of his little respect for the rules that govern the criminal process in a democratic society.
Before venturing to start his risky crossed, he had to make sure the unequivocal existence of such a secret secret.
