As detailed by The Hollywood Reporter, this production will tell a story from two “two polarized perspectives”. Thus, the title synopsis explains the following:
“Johnny’s film will portray that he found himself married to a Machiavellian liar who would stop at nothing to protect her image. While Amber’s film explores how she married the man of her dreams only to see him turn into a violent monster fueled by drugs. “
The title will use supporting material recorded by Depp and Heard in their closed environment, and which they also screened during their confrontation in court. These files will also serve to graph the testimonies of the lawyers of both artists, among other statements that will help the viewer to form their own point of view.

“The story of what happened between Johnny and Amber continues to be hugely divisive, between fans and the general public. “We think this is a very compelling contemporary story about truth and lies and we hope it opens up a conversation with our viewers on Discovery,” he added.
