“The boys”, the successful series of superheroes, reached Prime Video to become his most acclaimed title. With three seasons upon us, fans were left speechless with the end of the third installment and are waiting for news about the new chapters that would mark the end for Homelander.
In this scenario, the production has surprised by confirming the entry of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, actor known as Negan in “The walking dead” and Thomas Wayne in the DC Extended Universe. Now more than one wonders: what role will he have in “The boys 4”?
Since “The Boys” has been a satire on superhero franchises, fans anticipate that it could bring a version of Bat-Man to life. This could call into question his law of not killing anyone, indirectly allowing villains to escape from prison and continue murdering innocents.
Bringing Thomas Wayne’s Batman to life has always been the actor’s wish. “Look, I don’t know, I mean, if there’s any chance of them asking me, I’d say yes. I think the Flashpoint story is my favorite story. I would love to do it,” he previously told Variety.
After this, he explained that in the DC Extended Universe everything is a constant and nothing is guaranteed: “It seems that they are always changing who directs it and what they are going to do (…) But, man, I would feel honored and I would love to do it more than anything”. Now his dream can come true.
