The workers fear that this investment is too risky for Ipejal as it does not guarantee the return of the resources invested and that it will cause another financial crisis as has happened recently with projects such as Abengoa, the Pan American Villages o Mexican Maritime Transport.
These projects caused a reduction in the savings fund of the Jalisco bureaucrats and there was a loss of more than two billion pesosTherefore, state workers do not want the capital that will give them a decent life after their years of service to be risked again.
It was last January 19 when five votes in favor by the representatives of the state authorities resulted in the approval of the investment that would have a total of 295 million pesos for the building located on Tesistán avenue in Zapopan, Jalisco.
