MILAN, Italy (Reuters) – Italy reported 63,992 cases of Covid-19 on Saturday, down from 66,535 the day before, the health ministry said, as the death toll dropped from 144 to 112.
Italy has accumulated 160,658 deaths from Covid-19 since the beginning of the epidemic in February 2020, the second highest death toll in Europe after the United Kingdom and the eighth highest in the world.
