Iker Jiménez’s YouTube channel has disappeared from the video platform. This has been confirmed by the presenter himself who has assured that it is “a well-planned attack”, after days of being at the center of controversy for his treatment of the consequences of DANA in Valencia.
«Indeed, the YouTube channel has blown up. What a coincidence, right? A well planned attack. Let’s see if we can recover it,” Jiménez wrote on his X account, before ironically recommending a “light reading very appropriate for these times.”
This is ‘Public Enemy Number 2’, with which the presenter refers to the criticism he has received in recent weeks and which has made him, in his own words, the main enemy of many.
The controversy broke out with his statements about the presence of “many bodies” in the parking lot of the Bonaire shopping center in Valencia, which was completely flooded by the DANA and where it was initially feared that there could be many bodies of people trapped in their cars, an extreme that was finally ruled out by the authorities once they managed to access the underground parking lot.

Another episode that generated rejection was that of his collaborator Rubén Gisbert, who purposely got mud on himself before going live on Jimeénez’s program to add drama, which resulted in his dismissal. However, despite dispensing with him, the paranormal promoter continued to collect negative opinions.
In these days of tragedy, Iker Jiménez has been placed as a spreader of hoaxes, especially those related to Bonaire, an episode for which he apologized. But, in parallel with his apology, he carried out the attack. A few days ago the presenter published a video in which he reviewed the chronology of the information offered by various media after the floods and in which he also spoke of the presence of bodies in the parking lot.
While the mystery of the channel’s disappearance is being resolved, Jiménez has announced the broadcast of ‘La estripe de los libre’, his historic program on the video platform, through X this Tuesday, where it is expected that he will address the issue.
Iker Jiménez’s channel was opened in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, after the productions of some programs were suspended due to confinement, although rumors that Mediaset decided to stop its broadcasts due to its criticism of the Government’s management during Covid always They flew over the break.
In those months away from TV, they took refuge in YouTube, creating the aforementioned ‘lineage of the free’where they continued reporting on the pandemic and achieving success that even led Mediaset to rethink the schedule and give it an exclusive space on the coronavirus on television.
At the time of suspension, the channel had 1.13 million subscribers and a total of 732 videos uploaded.
