The first of each group of League A were Croatia, Spain, Italy and Holland, these nations have qualified for the next round to determine the champion of the Uefa Nations League, it remains to be seen how the crosses will be and where the matches will be played.
On the other hand, the bottom of each League A group, Austria, the Czech Republic, England and Welsh, have been relegated to League B. While the top of each League B group have been promoted, they are Scotland, Israel, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Other countries that have relegated, in this case were Armenia, Russia, Romania and Sweden that will go on to play League C of the Nations League, leaving room for Turkey, Greece, Kazakhstan and Georgia in League B.
For their part, Latvia and Estonia, teams that played in League D, are promoted to play in League C while Lithuania, Cyprus, Belarus and Gibraltar will have to play a playoff to determine who is relegated and who maintains the category.
