December is a month in which many of us stop to remember what we have experienced during the year, observe what we have achieved and reflect about everything we want to incorporate and achieve in the new year. Desires and goals appear, but have you ever considered what your goals are like? wishes? Are they aligned with your values or are they imposed by social pressure or outside expectations?
